Week 9 Preview - @ Hallam Warriors

The Sabres get their season back up and running after the Christmas break with a trip to Bawtry to face the Hallam Warriors. The Sabres will be out for revenge after coming agonisingly close to beating their cross-city rivals earlier in the season. Driving down the field to attempt a game winning field goal after entering the fourth quarter 26-8 down, a sack took them out of range. As the Warriors were kneeling the game out, a fumbled snap almost put the ball back in Black and Gold hands. This late season matchup between to the teams will start to swing momentum one way or the other heading into the eagerly anticipated Varsity match up on the 21st March.
