The season opener for the Sabres is finally here. After a promising pre-season, the team will be looking to carry forward their momentum as they travel to the newly promoted Leeds Gryphons. Gryphons are making their return to Division 1 after running the table in Division 2 last season, but the Sabres will be looking to make their return difficult as they seek a 1-0 record.
